The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Jack (Peter Bergman) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will get swept up in the moment. They’ll share a kiss during a getaway at the Abbott cabin. Nikki will eventually pull back from her close friend. She’ll suggest that she’s sorry for letting their connection go that far.
However, Jack (Peter Bergman) may not be quite as sorry. He cares about Nikki and they’ve been building to this for a while now. Their bond is stronger than ever. The Young and the Restless fans know that Victor (Eric Braeden) adores his wife, but he doesn’t always choose the right ways to show it. Arranging a stressful concert probably wasn’t the best tactic.
Jack, on the other hand, tends to make better choices. He checks on Nikki and offers comfort when she needs it. Nikki can tell that Jack truly values their friendship. That’s one reason why Nikki will want to stop this fling before it starts. Of course, Nikki is also married. She may not be solid ground with Victor right now, but she’s been softening toward him slightly.
Bottom line, Nikki will know this is a bad idea. Locking lips with her husband’s fierce rival could prove problematic. Nevertheless, it’s clear that there’s a spark here. How long can Nikki and Jack resist temptation? It looks like this won’t be the last time they lean in for a smooch.
Y&R spoilers state that Abby (Melissa Ordway) will be stunned by something she discovers this week. Will she spot Nikki and Jack together? Will they be in a compromising position? It’s a possibility to consider.
We also have to remember that Abby is still out of the loop on Victor’s scheme with Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson). That news will have to get back to her at some point. Whatever the case, more Newman family drama is brewing.
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will also get a shock down the road. Could she witness one of Jack and Nikki’s trysts? Trouble will hit if they start sneaking around. They’re just begging to get caught by Victor.
The Young and the Restless fans will recall that Jack wanted to get revenge on Victor in his personal life. Stealing Nikki would achieve that. Still, it seems Jack may genuinely have feelings for her. That could make this situation pretty complicated.
Obviously, Victor and Nikki are going to reunite sooner or later. They always do. Once they resume their place as a Y&R supercouple, what’s next for Jack? Victor will undoubtedly seek vengeance!
