The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, January 30, tease that Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will wonder why Jack (Peter Bergman) is even bothering with Fenmore’s. She’ll point out that Jack was looking for controlling interest. Ashley will determine that Jack actually has Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) on his mind instead of the company itself.
Jack will suggest that Ashley is sort of right. He’ll note that he’d like for Phyllis and Ravi (Abhi Sinha) to work together. Ashley won’t be sure Jack is completely over Phyllis, but he’ll insist that he’s not interested in a reunion.
Elsewhere, Gloria (Judith Chapman) will get a shock. Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) will share the news that she managed to keep control of Fenmore’s. Eric (John McCook) helped her force Jack to make a better deal. Gloria will immediately call Jack to arrange a meeting at Top of the Tower.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Gloria will gripe about how Jack broke his promise. He won’t be able to give her a position without controlling interest. Jack won’t have the power to hire Gloria, but he’ll at least offer to buy her a drink.
Once Gloria starts sipping, Jack will decide he’s going to partake as well. He’ll state that his problems were really about pills, not booze. One drink will quickly become several and they’ll both end up totally plastered. Y&R spoilers reveal that Jack and Gloria will giggle as they stagger off.
At Jabot, Ashley will notice that Ravi seems distracted by the time. He’ll confess that he was planning on attending a big party The Underground. Ravi will encourage Ashley to head over with him, but she’ll pass on shindig.
Meanwhile, Noah (Robert Adamson) will help Nick (Joshua Morrow) get everything ready. They’ll both be concerned about the way Sharon (Sharon Case) has been acting. She hasn’t been handling the stress of Dylan’s (Steve Burton) mission very well. Nick will think he might be able to help Sharon reconnect with Dylan once he returns.
The party will kick off and Lauren will take her chance to celebrate. She’ll amuse Michael (Christian LeBlanc) when she hops on the bar for a dance. Nick and Phyllis will long for the wild days of their youth. Ashley will eventually surprise Ravi by dropping by and showing off some sweet moves.
At Sharon’s place, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will come over to check on her. Sharon will shout that Nikki got her wish when Dylan left. She won’t be in his life any longer. Nikki will understand that Sharon is simply upset about losing her husband. She’ll respond with compassion and Sharon will settle down.
After they cry and guzzle wine, Paul (Doug Davidson) will show up. Sharon will hold him responsible for sending Dylan on such a dangerous mission, but Paul will argue that Dylan’s mind was made up. Sharon will admit that she blames herself. Her lies put Dylan on this terrible path.
Paul will think Sharon needs to tell everybody she’s the reason Dylan left. Sharon will go along with the idea for Dylan’s sake. When Noah arrives later, Sharon will state that Dylan walked out on her. She’ll declare that her marriage is over.
