The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Victor (Eric Braeden) knows where Kevin (Greg Rikaart) went. Viewers recall that Mr. Fisher threw a piece of paper into a trash can at Chancellor Park. Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) wrote Dr. Harris’ (Ron Melendez) address on it. Is there any doubt that The Moustache later retrieved it off-camera?
This implied plot clue followed Victor’s questioning of Kevin in the park last week. Both characters were suspicious of each other’s intentions. Of course everyone needs to be aware whenever the King of Genoa City is lurking.
Victor is allowing Khloe to be together because they’re under Dr. Harris’ roof. Considering the vast array of minions Victor employs, he’s surely also hired backup troops to keep watch over the Louisiana residence that currently houses a wanted fugitive, namely Chloe.
Hendrickson announced via her social media account that she’d filmed her final Y&R scenes (for now) on June 7. That means Chloe should last be seen on the show in mid to late July 2017.
It was recently announced that Rikaart was leaving Y&R and that Kevin would last be seen on-screen in August. That establishes an intriguing gap whereby Chloe will be written out next month, but her nearly third-time husband won’t exit until a handful of weeks thereafter.
Dr. Harris is a new character. He was apparently taking care of Chloe when she was in California. Victor bribed him to sign her early release papers so she could help to frame Adam (then played by Justin Hartley). That outrageous breach of ethics scored Harris an early retirement, as paid for by the Black Knight.
As many past pawns have come to realize, there’s always a non-monetary price to pay for agreeing to work for Victor. In this instance, Dr. Harris had to first watch Chloe and then orchestrate her fake death. How outrageous, yet necessary to propel this storyline to its coming climax.
Victor doesn’t feel comfortable allowing Harris to retain indefinite control over Chloe. Nor does the Moustache know that Kevin brought firepower with him through an unauthorized procurement of a Genoa City Police Department item.
That specific piece enables Khloe to leave the premises whenever they’d like to. However, Chloe has asked for Bella (Gia Poeme) first. That suggests Kevin will return to Wisconsin, from his faux island trip. He’ll pick up Bella at the Chancellor mansion, where she’s been staying with Esther (Kate Linder) and take his daughter back to Harris’ house.
