The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, June 14, tease that Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) will be rattled when she bumps into Zack (Ryan Ashton). She scurried off the first time she saw him in town, but it looks like she’ll finally decide to confront him. Zack will grab Tessa’s will arm in an intimidating manner as she demands to know what he’s doing in Genoa City.
Zack will seem surprised by Tessa’s forcefulness. It’ll take him a minute to process the whole situation. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Tessa will be convinced that Zack has some sort of agenda. She’ll insist that he needs to tell her what he wants.
The details of their history together are unclear, but Zack definitely isn’t one of Tessa’s favorite people. She’ll undoubtedly push Zack to leave immediately, but he won’t be interested. Zack is teaming up with Abby (Melissa Ordway), so he plans to stick around for their start-up project.
If Zack is as shady as Tessa claims, she should probably warn Abby. Dina (Marla Adams) pushed her granddaughter to date Zack, which means a troublesome romance could be brewing. While this mystery unravels, Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) will try to get to the bottom of another one. She’ll talk to Cane (Daniel Goddard) about her suspicions in Wednesday’s Y&R episode.
The Young and the Restless preview video shows Mattie quizzing her father. She’ll point out that something’s off. Mattie will want Cane to know that he can tell her anything. She won’t like the idea of being kept out of the loop.
Cane may not want to fill Mattie in if he doesn’t have to. He’s still hoping Juliet’s (Laur Allen) lawsuit will just go away. Speaking of the lawsuit, Juliet will soon get updates from Leslie (Angell Conwell). She’ll receive a message and assume that the judge must’ve ruled on the case.
Juliet will quickly pass along the news to her right-hand gal, Hilary (Mishael Morgan). She seems to think Hilary is in her corner, but that’s obviously not true. Hilary is only looking out for number one on any given day. Almost everyone in Genoa City would agree that Hilary can’t be trusted.
Elsewhere, Neil (Kristoff St. John) will believe his family is on the verge of destruction. He’ll fear that the outcome of this case could leave them all reeling. Will a web of lies shatter Cane and Lily’s (Christel Khalil) marriage? We’ll keep you posted as other info comes in.
