Tyra opens the show with a special musical performance before going into a recap from the semi-finals and last night’s events. Tonight is the night the winner of this season will be revealed. Tyra returns to show a recap of last night’s celebration in the Dunkin Lounge.
Bebe Rexah takes the stage to perform with Glennis Grace. Tyra and the audience laugh at a clip of Mel B. trying her hand at stand-up comedy. They bring Sam into the lesson to teach Mel.
Sam takes the stage live. He asks Mel to join him on stage to do some comedy. Dresses in a chicken suit, she reads a few jokes out loud.
Courtney Hadwin and The Struts take the stage to perform. Daniel Emmet and Placido Domingo take the stage next to sing an opera piece.
Tyra announces that Howie will be returning to Deal or No Deal as it returns.
Vicki Barbolak takes the stage with David Spade for a little comedy stint.
Tyra shows a clip of Garth Brooks meeting with Michael online by video chat. He has written Michael a song for the final. Michael takes the stage to perform.
Tyra brings back Shin Lim with Akbar Gbaja-Biamila as a special guest star. Shin shows off his card tricks. Next, Brian King Johnson and Lindsey Sterling perform together while Duo Transcend performs on stage. Zucaroh takes the way midway to help finish out the performance.
Tyra is ready to reveal the Top 5. America has voted..Zucaroh has made it. Brian King Joseph has also made it. Shin Lim has also grabbed a spot in the Top 5. Samuel and Vicki go toe to toe. Samuel wins and is moving forward. It is down to Michael and Courtney. It is Michael, he has won the last spot in the Top 5.
Now it is down to the act who has landed in fifth place and will be leaving. Surprisingly, it is Michael. Simon is in shock. He plans to continue working with Michael.
Out of the remaining 4 acts only one will win the entire competition. Samuel is headed home. Brian King Joseph is also leaving the show in 3rd place. It is down to the Top 2, Shin Lim and Zucaroh.
