Mackenzie Ziegler and Sage Rosen (mentored by Gleb Savchenko) – Quickstep – “Are You Gonna Be My Girl” by Jet
Judges Comments: Mandy: “I don’t know what you did this week but you definitely ate your dance cereal. You are a new girl this week, that was so good. That was setting the bar super high in starting the show, very good.” Adam: “The critique last week is that we wanted more content and you 100% delivered on that.” Val: “I was really tough on you last week, this is exactly why I was tough on you. You totally killed it, you had a lot of confidence, keep it up. It is what I expect from you.” Judges Scores: Val 8, Mandy 8, Adam 8 = 24/30
Sky Brown and JT Church (mentored by Alan Bersten) – Cha Cha – “Just Dance” by Lady Gaga featuring Colby O’Donis

That was my favorite part of the dance, so clean.” Val: “You can do anything, I believe that it is incredible. You were so much fun to watch, there is a lot of clarity, great job.” Mandy: “I just have one question, do you practice your facials as much as your steps, because your facials are on point.” Judges Scores: Val 7, Mandy 7, Adam 8 = 22/30
Sophia Pippen and Jake Monreal (mentored by Sasha Farber) – Foxtrot – “Love Story” by Taylor Swift
Judges Comments: Val: “I’m saying yes to that, that was incredible. You look like a real-life Disney Princess, great job.” Mandy: “Amazing yes, I think you look beautiful. If I would take that this is a salsa, you need to get into there more.” Adam: “That dance was more of a freestyle, but performance was off the charts.” Judges Scores: Val 7, Mandy 7, Adam 8 = 22/30
