Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Abigail (Marci Miller) will work hard to get better and return to her family. She wasn’t thrilled when Laura (Jaime Lyn Bauer) suggested going to Boston for intensive therapy. Abigail was out of it for so long when her alters took over. The idea of spending even more time away from Chad (Billy Miller) and Thomas saddens her.
Nevertheless, Abigail needs to focus on herself and get away from Salem’s distractions. She’s concerned about what “Dr. Laura” and “Gabby” did while she was trapped in her own mind. Did Abigail subconsciously want to do things like target Gabi (Camila Banus) and sleep with Stefan (Tyler Christopher)?
Laura can’t figure that out until they really dive deep into therapy, but Abigail will indeed get to the bottom of her behavior. She’ll tough it out for a few weeks in Boston and concentrate on getting better. Chad’s been incredibly supportive, but he’s still in pain. Perhaps a little time apart could actually do some good for this couple.
Days spoilers say Abigail will eventually return with a new outlook. She’ll feel hopeful about the future again as she comes back to Chad. It seems likely that Chad’s spirits will be lifted by then, too. Maybe they can put this whole ordeal behind them and move forward with a solid marriage.
However, a happy relationship doesn’t mean a drama-free life on Days of Our Lives. DOOL fans know it won’t be long until more chaos hits. While Abigail’s gone, her worst enemy will be released from his psychiatric facility. Of course, we’re talking about the formerly crazy Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson). Marlena (Deidre Hall) will approve Ben’s freedom, so that’ll bring a big surprise for Abby later.
Days of Our Lives spoilers hint that Abigail will blow her top. Who could blame her? Ben held Abigail hostage, chained her to a bed with Chad, set the cabin they were in on fire and stole her baby. To make matters worse, Ben kept coming back to make Abigail miserable. This guy really drove Abby off the deep end, so she has every right to doubt his sanity claims.
It sounds like Abigail will have a major meltdown over Ben’s release. She’ll undoubtedly rip into Ben as well as Marlena for letting this happen. Abigail has also struggled with mental illness, but it was nothing compared to Ben’s level of nuttiness. He went on a murderous rampage and that means trust will be hard to find in Salem.
