Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Ciara (Victoria Konefal) is in for some intense times ahead. She’s going to pass out in the fire-engulfed cabin and get rescued just in the nick of time by Rafe (Galen Gering), and then reality’s going to set in. Ciara will be headed home and will have to face the people and issues that she sought to avoid in the cabin with Ben (Robert Scott Wilson).
First, there’ll be Tripp (Lucas Adams), who will race to see Ciara once she’s rescued. That may be an uncomfortable conversation, but Ciara will have to buck up and face it. Tripp will probably want to know if there’s any way that they can have a future together, and Ciara will just have to be honest and let the chips fall where they may.
Then there’ll be Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and her endless questions about why Ciara stayed away for so long and why she trusted Ben of all people. Ciara will need to stand up for herself and let her mom know that she had her own reasons for isolating with Ben, and that it’s just what she needed at the time. Hope won’t be happy about it, but Ciara will probably insist that she saw Ben’s good side and that he deserves a chance.
Ciara may also want to start tackling the core issue that’s been bothering her: her rape by Chase (Jonathon McClendon). Ciara’s clearly not past the incident and needs to deal with it so she can move forward with a romantic relationship. Maybe she can schedule some time with Marlena (Deidre Hall) and explore what’s holding her back from intimacy.
Ciara will also face Ben shortly after being rescued from the cabin. Days spoilers say that she’ll confront Ben about whether he was the one who started the fire at the cabin. He’ll deny it, and she’ll believe him. She just may decide she wants to forge a friendship (or more) with Ben. After all, she saw his best side as he cared for her in the cabin.
