Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that the custody battle for Tate (Colin and Kyle Schroeder) will really heat up. Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Theresa (Jen Lilley) have been duking it out in court, and it’s been ugly. And it doesn’t look like it’s going to get any better from here.
Each side will continue fighting tooth and nail for sole custody of Tate. That means that both Brady and Theresa will be on a mission to make the other look like an unfit parent. Theresa has already brought up Brady’s past problems with addiction, and her lawyer Ted (Gilles Marini) all but stated that Brady was involved with Deimos’ (Vincent Irizarry) murder.
Ted also forced Eve (Kassie DePaiva) to admit under oath that Brady tried to frame her for Deimos’ murder. It’s just not looking good for Brady at this point. And while Eve will try to convince Brady to reveal Nicole (Arianne Zucker) as Deimos’ actual murderer, he’ll decide against it. He won’t be willing to throw Nicole under the bus for his own benefit.
Eve will even get Victor (John Aniston) involved to try to help save Brady’s sinking ship, but it looks like that plan may backfire. Where does this leave Brady?
Unfortunately, it looks like Brady will lose the custody hearing and Theresa will be awarded full custody of Tate. Days spoilers say that Brady will face having to say goodbye to his son.
As if this weren’t bad enough, Theresa will decide to leave for Los Angeles to tend to her mother Kimberly (Patsy Pease)…and she’ll take Tate with her. Days spoilers say that Brady will say a heartfelt goodbye to Tate before he leaves with Theresa.
Brady’s going to be devastated. Of course, it’s unclear how long Theresa and Tate will be gone, but Brady’s going to be a mess over not being able to be a part of his son’s life for even a little while.
