Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Eli (Lamon Archey) will have a shocking realization. Thanks to Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan), Rafe (Galen Gering) and Hope’s (Kristian Alfonso) relationship will be torn apart. Their horrific wedding will leave Eli with a lot on his mind. He’ll see just how much cheating and deception can affect a romance.
Eli will ultimately decide he has to come clean to Gabi (Camila Banus). He’ll hope it’s not too late to seek forgiveness. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Eli will certainly fear a breakup, but he can’t let this go on any longer. At least he’ll have the misunderstanding on his side. Eli never would’ve slept with Lani (Sal Stowers) if he’d known Gabi was simply comforting JJ (Casey Moss) as a friend that night.
DOOL spoilers say Gabi will get nervous when Eli announces his confession plan. She’ll sense that this is serious. Eli will have trouble summoning the courage, but he’ll finally just blurt out the truth. He’ll reveal that he hooked up with Lani on Christmas Eve.
Eli will explain that he truly believed Gabi was unfaithful. He’ll hate that he thought the worst of her, but he’ll promise that it won’t happen again. Days fans can expect Eli to pour his heart out. He’ll wonder if Gabi can give him a pass and move on.
Fortunately, Gabi’s a pretty understanding gal. She obviously won’t be happy about Eli’s infidelity, but she’ll get why it happened. Gabi may admit that the circumstances were suspicious. Of course, Gabi will also have to get past Eli’s lies. He’ll be relieved when Gabi forgives him for those, too.
Alas, Eli will botch his attempt at a clean slate. He’ll immediately deceive Gabi once again! Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Gabi will ask about Lani’s baby. She’ll naturally want to know if Eli’s the father. Eli will consider confessing to that as well, but he’ll worry that it would be too overwhelming.
Instead, Eli will assure Gabi that this is JJ’s (Casey Moss) kid. It sounds like Eli may seal his fate. He’s burning through his second chance and setting himself up for more relationship drama.
