Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Lani (Sal Stowers) will soon give in to her growing feelings for Eli (Lamon Archey). Lani has been pushing Eli away for months, saying that she didn’t want the death of their son to be the catalyst for bringing them together. And Eli finally accepted it and tried to move on with his life.
The only problem in this equation for Lani is that someone else appeared on the scene…Sheila (Tionne Watkins), Eli’s childhood friend. Lani has found herself jealous of Eli’s friendship with Sheila, and she’s been particularly disturbed that Sheila is living with Eli.
Lani doesn’t want to admit it, but she’s got deep feelings for Eli. And it looks like her jealousy over Sheila is going to be exactly what brings Lani and Eli together. According to Days spoilers, Lani will again catch Eli and Sheila scantily clad at Eli’s apartment. But this time Sheila will stir the pot, making it sound like she and Eli have just made love.
This will, of course, horrify Lani and make her green with jealousy. And it seems that Eli will sneakily play along with the charade, doing nothing to dissuade Lani from the idea that he and Sheila had sex. Eli will then wonder aloud why Lani seems jealous, since she previously said she didn’t have feelings for him.
Lani will then predictably leave Eli’s place in a huff, feeling played. Later, at the police station, Eli and Lani will have a little chat. Eli will call out Lani and insist that she does indeed have feelings for him, just like he has feelings for her. And finally, Lani will give in to her feelings and pull Eli into a passionate kiss.
