Days of Our Lives spoilers confirm Jack Deveraux’s (Matthew Ashford) return. It is going to be a twisted storyline with a shocking plot. Adding to the suspense is that he comes back to Salem alive with Eve (Kassie DePaiva). Not only that, but Eve has a disturbing plan that is guaranteed to spin heads in Salem.
As CDL previously reported, Eve comes back to Salem with Jack, who is alive. However, he has amnesia and doesn’t remember Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) at all. This sparks an idea in Eve’s head to feed Jack information to make sure he sees Jennifer a certain way.
Instead of remembering their life, love and marriage together, Eve will make sure that Jack views Jennifer as a horrible woman.
Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that isn’t all Eve plans to do with Jack. She plans on digging her knife deep into Jennifer’s heart by marrying Jack. In Eve’s mind, she is perfectly justified and it would be the one thing that could emotionally destroy her long-time enemy.
It is already teased that Jack will have loose lips and kisses both Jennifer and Eve. However, with Eve telling Jack about his past and how evil Jennifer is, he will end up choosing Eve. He will also likely view her as some sort of savior.
The one woman who is filling in the blanks for him, cautioning him about “evil Jennifer” and helping him to regain his life. Of course fans know that Jennifer isn’t the evil one, but with Jack’s mind a blank slate, it puts him in a vulnerable position.
Looking at the history of DOOL, many couples were forced, tricked or deceived into marriage. Right now, we are seeing Will (Chandler Massey) and Sonny (Freddie Smith) being forced apart again. Sonny ended up having to marry Leo (Greg Rikaart) in order to save “WilSon” from prison.
Stefan DiMera (Tyler Christopher) and Abigail (Kate Mansi) are another example. It seems there is a pattern emerging, so it wouldn’t be too surprising if Jack and Eve ended up hitched.
However, fans shouldn’t fret too much. On soaps, secrets and truths are eventually exposed. One day, Jack will regain his memory or will discover proof that Eve manipulated him. He will realize that Jennifer isn’t a horrible person.
When that happens, Eve will have to pay a price, but it will never undo the damage that it is causing Jack, Jennifer, JJ, Abigail and everyone else in Salem.
