Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) will continue to be eaten up with guilt over the secret she’s keeping from Eric (Greg Vaughn). Thanks to Eve (Kassie DePaiva), Jennifer knows that Nicole (Arianne Zucker) was still in love with Eric when she left Salem, and that Brady (Eric Martsolf) forced Nicole to dump Eric and leave town after he found out that Nicole killed Deimos (Vincent Irizarry).
Jennifer has been holding onto this secret, even though it’s completely against her nature to keep things from the people she loves. Jennifer feels torn; she’s afraid that if she spills the secret, she could lose Eric. Eric might go chasing after Nicole and leave Jennifer behind.
Plus, Brady and Eric have recently reconciled and are enjoying their newfound brotherly love. If Jennifer tells Eric that Brady blackmailed Nicole and effectively ended his relationship with her, it may tear Eric and Brady apart, just when they’ve finally reconnected
But Days of Our Lives spoilers say that events will transpire that will convince Jennifer to tell Eric the truth. Marlena (Deidre Hall) will be shot at her wedding to John (Drake Hogestyn) and will be rushed into surgery. Days spoilers say that as Eric waits for word on his mom, Jennifer will comfort him, and as she does she’ll decide to come clean about what she knows.
Jennifer may start to feel that Eric needs to know the truth, even if it means that his feelings for Nicole come flooding back. Jennifer will see how hurt Eric is to be possibly torn apart from his mom and she’ll probably decide that she shouldn’t keep him from Nicole if he’s so inclined to go looking for her.
Of course, if Jennifer does tell Eric the truth about Nicole at that moment, she’ll certainly be opening Eric up to more hurt and loss. Eric will probably immediately turn on Brady and a brotherly feud will occur at a time when the family needs to come together and rally around Marlena.
