Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) will have a challenge on his hands. He saved Haley Chen (This Megia) from her recent suicide attempt, but she resisted him every step of the way. Haley clearly was having major life problems with someone, and she just wanted her troubles to go away.
JJ tried to get through to Haley by recounting the story of his suicide attempt last year and attempting to relate to her on a personal level. Haley seemed to listen and take in what JJ was saying, but in the end she told him that he didn’t understand her problems and that he shouldn’t have helped her in her time of need.
But JJ isn’t going to give up on Haley. He will make it his mission to befriend her and help her through her difficult time whether she wants his help or not. JJ will eventually learn Haley’s name and he’ll decide that she shouldn’t be alone over the holidays, especially considering that she just attempted suicide.
According to Days of Our Lives spoilers, JJ will approach Haley and ask her to spend New Year’s Eve with him. But chances are, Haley will resist. JJ isn’t about to give up on her, though, so it looks like the two of them may spend a quiet New Year’s Eve together. It may feel a bit awkward since the two barely know each other, but it will do them both good.
For JJ, this is his opportunity to give back. When he was in the same position as Haley, his friend Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) stepped up and made sure he wasn’t alone when he was in his time of need. Now, JJ has the chance to do the same for someone else, and you can bet he’s going to jump on the opportunity.
