Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Lani (Sal Stowers) and Eli (Lamon Archey) will face their worst nightmare. Things will kick off with a baby crisis and end with a true tragedy. Next week, Lani will undergo an emergency C-section after early labor strikes. She’ll just hope her child can pull through this dire situation.
Of course, Lani’s life will be in jeopardy as well. Placenta previa can be quite dangerous for both the mother and the baby. Since the kid hasn’t moved like Lani’s doctors hoped, the safest bet will be surgery. Getting a C-section will give Lani and her little one the best shot at survival.
In the waiting area, Days spoilers say Lani and Eli’s loved ones will rally. Everyone will come together for a time of prayer, reflection, and positive thinking. Abe (James Reynolds) will undoubtedly turn to Valerie (Vanessa Williams) for support. Eli may choose to lean on Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes). They’ve formed a special bond since he came to Salem, so she’ll definitely want to be there for him.
JJ (Casey Moss) will surely hang around for the waiting game. As the person responsible for bringing Lani to the hospital, he’ll earn Eli’s deep gratitude. Despite any old issues, everybody wants the same thing here. The whole gang will just want Lani and her son or daughter to be OK.
The good news is Lani will pull through this difficult ordeal. The bad news is the baby won’t be as lucky. Days of Our Lives spoilers say total devastation’s ahead. Both Lani and Eli will be absolutely crushed by the death of their child.
There was a time when Lani considered aborting this baby. Likewise, the idea of having a kid cramped Eli’s style. However, DOOL fans know they’ve shifted their opinions since then. Eli and Lani were really looking forward to raising this child together. Sadly, they’re not going to get their wish right now and that’ll be a tough blow.
Will this experience create a strong bond for Lani and Eli? Will it pave the way for Lani’s reunion with JJ (Casey Moss) instead? Regardless, Lani will have plenty of people in her corner. That should provide a bit of comfort in the midst of her sorrow.
