Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Lani (Sal Stowers) just struggle to let go of JJ (Casey Moss). She’s been trying to for a while now, but she just can’t seem to shake her deep feelings. Like JJ, Lani was excited about raising a child and sharing a future. The paternity truth hurt, but Lani will hope time has healed JJ’s wounds. She’ll make another pitch to be together in Friday’s DOOL episode.
When Lani bumps into JJ, she’ll chat with him and feel a familiar spark. Lani will sense that JJ still feels it, too. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Lani will summon her courage and take a real gamble. She’ll ask if JJ would consider reuniting with her.
JJ has turned Lani down before, but she’ll wonder if anything might’ve changed. Lani will once again apologize for deceiving JJ and getting his hopes up about a son or daughter. She’ll never forgive herself for what she put him through. Lani will beg for another chance to prove she can be honest and loyal.
It’s clear that JJ still cares about Lani, but reuniting is a big step. He may be hesitant to set himself up for more pain. However, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Lani’s medical crisis could soften JJ a bit. She’ll go into early labor and he’ll make sure she gets to the hospital right away.
After Lani gets an emergency C-section on next week’s new Days episodes, June 18-22, that’ll naturally bring her closer to Eli (Lamon Archey) as well. Still, Lani may keep JJ in the back of her mind. She’ll cling to the close moments they shared before her hospitalization.
JJ may be tempted to give Lani her wish, but he may decide to take a step back instead. He might feel like Lani and Eli should be a united family. Then again, JJ may simply be pulled in another direction. Days seems to be pushing JJ and Theresa (Jen Lilley) toward each other, so their romance could catch them both by surprise.
It sounds like JJ could have a complicated love life soon. Will he ultimately push Lani to move on? Will JJ find himself falling for Theresa?
