Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Marlena (Deidre Hall) will make an important phone call. There’s a good chance this is about her upcoming wedding. Marlena’s set to marry John (Drake Hogestyn) for what she hopes will be the final time. She wants all her loved ones around when they exchange their sweet vows.
During the week of July 30-August 3, Marlena will reach out to Sami (Alison Sweeney). She probably sent her daughter an invitation already, but DOOL fans know how Sami is! She usually isn’t reliable or even reachable. Sami also likes to travel with the kids, so who knows if she’s even at the same address now? If Sami actually received her invite, it’s doubtful she responded.
That’s why probably why Marlena will start her search efforts. She needs to make that call now or Sami will never make it to the nuptials. Marlena may end up getting Sami’s voicemail, but she can still make a solid wedding pitch. She really wants this ceremony to be perfect. Belle’s (Martha Madison) coming back with Shawn (Brandon Beemer), so Marlena will hope Sami can return as well.
Of course, there’s likely another reason Sami is MIA. Days of Our Lives spoilers hint that Sami may be keeping a big secret. As a result, she might be steering clear of her family and friends. When we last saw Sami, she had just had sex with Rafe (Galen Gering). Sami missed out on the fallout of the hookup drama, but she could eventually spark a second round of it.
Based on the anvils that’ve been dropping, Days seems to have a shocker in mind. Sami may return with a bun in the oven or perhaps a baby in tow. It all depends on how they want to handle the timing of all this. With soaps, they tend to shorten pregnancies for the sake of moving the story along.
Regardless, Days of Our Lives spoilers say more trouble’s headed for “Rope.” Rafe (Galen Gering) may learn he’s the daddy, which could be too much for Hope (Kristian Alfonso) to get past.
