Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that “Marlena” will get another visit from Sami (Alison Sweeney). Thanks to Rafe (Galen Gering), Sami had a chance to visit her mother’s hospital room and say her goodbyes. She thought this was the end of the road for Marlena, but a miraculous recovery caught the whole family off guard.
Of course, Days fans know John (Drake Hogestyn), Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and Roman (Josh Taylor) were behind that shocker. The real Marlena’s up on a hidden floor of the hospital, but Sami won’t know that when she returns. After her release, Sami will eventually deliver a tearful plea to “Marlena.”
Since Hattie (Deidre Hall) lashed out during their last DOOL chat, Sami will hope to clear the air. She was drugged and completely out of it when the gun went off. Sami never wanted to shoot her own mom and leave her near death. She’ll try to make “Marlena” understand that as she begs for forgiveness.
Days viewers heard John give Hattie an earful for her harsh comments. He wasn’t happy about how she treated Sami and Belle (Martha Madison). John certainly doesn’t want them to suffer, but this is mainly about keeping the ruse going. Hattie has to act like Marlena and blaming her daughters isn’t the way to do that.
It looks like Hattie will reluctantly tone it down. During the week of October 1-5, Sami will make her emotional spiel and get a response. Hattie might be a bit cold about it, but she’ll most likely forgive Sami for her actions. Marlena would probably argue there’s nothing to forgive, but Hattie will at least want make Sami work for this. She may enjoy watching Sami grovel before her.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sami will get closure so she can concentrate on other matters – like finding EJ (James Scott). As for Hattie, she could go rogue due to some startling developments. Marlena will wake up just as Hattie weds John, so what will Hattie do about that? Will she resort to dirty tricks and try to keep her spot?
