Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Sonny (Freddie Smith) is in for some tough times ahead. Leo (Greg Rikaart) has sued him for sexual harassment, and Kate (Lauren Koslow) is behind the whole thing. She wants to cause turmoil at Titan Industries, so she can conveniently step in as CEO.
So far, Kate’s plan is working beautifully. Titan is indeed in turmoil, and Sonny is really suffering. Victor (John Aniston) fired him immediately upon hearing about the lawsuit. Then, Sonny and Justin (Wally Kurth) had to sit through an embarrassing meeting with Leo and his sleazy lawyer Ted (Gilles Marini), during which they were presented with the “evidence” of harassment: incriminating text messages and photos of Leo and Sonny doing the deed.
Unfortunately, Sonny’s not going to be out of this mess anytime soon. His life seems to be in a downward spiral, and it’s going to get worse once the media gets hold of the story and his good name is dragged through the mud. Sure, Sonny’s got Justin and Adrienne (Judi Evans) to help him through this ordeal, but he doesn’t have much else in terms of social support.
But that may change soon. Will may be coming back into Sonny’s orbit, and in a big way. Days spoilers say that Will is going to take a huge risk soon and try Dr. Rolf’s (William Utay) serum. If the serum works, Will is going to get his memories back, including his memories of his life with Sonny. That would be great for Sonny, as he really needs a friend right now.
Of course, whether Will abandons Paul (Christopher Sean) and runs back into Sonny’s arms remains to be seen. But we’re bound to see some tender scenes between Will and Sonny if Will does get his memories back. This may be just the hope that Sonny needs to get him through this difficult time. Will may even put his investigative skills to use and uncover Kate’s role in the lawsuit!
