Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of July 16-20 tease that we’ll see some close calls and vengeful moves. There’ll be loads of action in Salem, so let’s dive right in. First, Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) will prepare for an exciting appointment. They’ll be meeting with an engineer to discuss Steve’s bionic eye.
Unfortunately, a tense encounter with Stefan (Tyler Christopher) will put this operation in jeopardy. Stefan may drop a smug hint during their argument, but the surgery will proceed anyway. Days of Our Lives spoilers say everything will go well, so Steve should be able to see once his bandages come off.
Meanwhile, Abigail (Marci Miller) will decide to abort Stefan’s baby. She’ll be convinced it’s the only solution, but she won’t have all the facts. Gabi’s (Camila Banus) paternity test manipulation will be to blame for Abigail’s turmoil. This kid actually belongs to Chad (Billy Flynn), so Gabi will do some quick thinking to make Abigail keep it.
Days spoilers state that Gabi will blab “accidentally,” so Abigail’s pregnancy secret will soon be exposed. Over with Theresa (Jen Lilley), she’ll be pleased by her custody battle win. Sadly, devastation will follow. Some terrible news will bring Theresa’s DOOL stint to an end.
It turns out Kimberly’s (Patsy Pease) cancer is back, so Theresa will want to be there for her mom in California. Since she’ll be taking Tate (Colin and Kyle Schroeder) with her, Brady (Eric Martsolf) will have to bid his son farewell. Their goodbye scenes should be heartbreaking!
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say a memorial service will be held. Abe (James Reynolds), Valerie (Vanessa Williams), Eli (Lamon Archey) and Lani (Sal Stowers) will mourn the loss of baby David. They’ll gather with white roses and try to get through this difficult funeral. Lani and Eli will connect over their grief, so that may be a bright spot in all this. Perhaps a new romance is emerging.
At the police station, Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe (Galen Gering) will demand a confession from Ben (Robert Scott Wilson). They’re convinced that he set the cabin fire, so they’ll push him to admit it. However, Ben seems truly innocent this time. He’ll take comfort in Ciara’s (Victoria Konefal) faith in him and stand his ground.
Finally, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) will be on a sneaky mission. She’ll want to know how those drugs ended up in JJ’s (Casey Moss) apartment, so expect this expert snooper to find the answer!
