Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sonny (Freddie Smith) will struggle to let go of Will (Chandler Massey). DOOL fans know they’ve been spending more time together lately. They covered up Leo’s (Greg Rikaat) death and dealt with all the blackmail fallout. It was stressful, but it also served as a reminder of just how much Will means to Sonny. He can’t shake the feeling that they’re meant to be.
In the week ahead, Sonny won’t be able to take it in anymore. He’ll realize he can’t move on without giving this one more shot. Sonny will make another passionate speech and let Will know he’s still deeply in love. He’ll wonder if there’s a chance that things have changed, but Will’s just going to break his heart. Sonny matters to Will, but Paul’s (Christopher Sean) the one Will wants to be with.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sonny will accept Will’s choice, but he’ll battle severe pain. He’ll wish this had gone a different way, but he won’t think there’s any hope for a future with Will. However, a big shift is coming. As John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) prepare to tie the knot, another memory will resurface for Will. He’ll suddenly remember his own wedding to Sonny!
Sonny will notice that Will seems lost in thought. Once he questions Will, he’ll learn what his ex just recalled. Naturally, Sonny will challenge Will to think back even further. He’ll want Will to remember everything he can about his history. That could obviously help with Sonny’s reunion goal, but it’ll be about more than that. This is also about helping Will understand who he really is.
Thankfully, the floodgates will finally open. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Will’s about to get all his memories back. He’ll recall every little moment that led him to this point. In the excitement of it all, Will and Sonny will share a steamy kiss. That’ll bring some sweet scenes, but they’ll have to address Will’s feelings for Paul. Those won’t go away, but Will will definitely recall his love for Sonny, too.
It sounds like Will’s going to be incredibly torn. Days spoilers hint that a “WilSon” reunion will happen eventually, but it’ll take a while for Will to sort through everything. He’ll be a mess, but at least he’ll have a firm grip on his past.
Will knew what he was getting himself into when he began his memory mission. He was willing to accept the drama that came with total recall. Now Will just has to deal with his new reality and figure out what he truly wants.
