Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Will Horton (Chandler Massey) will be in for a big surprise when Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) shows up on his doorstep. After being released from the psychiatric facility on Marlena’s (Deidre Hall) recommendation, a now-sane Ben will pay Will a visit in order to make amends for his misdeeds.
Will’s going to be shocked to see Ben, and he’ll probably be terrified as well. Although Will doesn’t remember when Ben initially strangled him, he does remember when Sami (Alison Sweeney) enlisted Ben to re-enact the strangling in order to “help” him get his memory back. This should make Will very wary of Ben!
But if Will can get over his initial shock and fear, Ben’s visit could have an interesting effect on him. Will has been pretty introspective lately, wondering whether he should pursue Dr. Rolf’s (William Utay) drug as a potential cure for his amnesia. Will has been inching closer and closer toward the decision to take the risks associated with the drug to get his memories back, and he and Paul (Christopher Sean) have been debating whether or not Will do it.
Coming face to face with Ben could have a direct impact on Will’s decision. Will probably wonders how he can possibly judge Ben’s claims of being a changed man without having any past memories of Ben (aside from the Sami re-enactment incident). If only Will had his memories, he’d be whole and he’d have a complete understanding of himself and how he should really feel about Ben’s new revelations…and about everything else in life.
At any rate, Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Will Horton will decide to take a risk to regain his memory. Will he take Dr. Rolf’s drug and will Ben’s visit have any bearing on that decision? And what will Paul think of Will’s decision? Paul is always supportive, but he’s got to be worried about the possibility of Will and Sonny (Freddie Smith) re-kindling their romance if Will gets his memories back.
