Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sonny (Freddie Smith) will finally get some positive news. When he learns a serum could restore Will’s (Chandler Massey) memory, he’ll have some hope for their future. Of course, Sonny may also have some concerns. This is Dr. Rolf’s (William Utay) risky concoction, so there’s no predicting how Will’s going to respond to it.
Plus, Will has no idea if this serum will actually work. Even if it does, Sonny will fear that Will’s memories may not be enough. It’s clear that Will and Paul (Christopher Sean) have a strong bond now. Sonny’s got a lot to compete with, so he’ll be cautious with his optimism.
Still, part of Sonny will wonder if there’s a chance for a “WilSon” reunion. He’s had some bad luck lately, so this could really turn things around for him. Later, the serum will be ready for injection. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Marlena (Deidre Hall) will step up to do the honors.

Will trusts Marlena and he’s grown to truly care about her, even in this amnesiac state. Their connection transcends Will’s faulty memory, so he’ll rely on his grandma to help him out. DOOL spoilers say Marlena will inject Will with this dangerous formula. Fortunately, it doesn’t look like Will’s going to have any adverse side effects.
That’s great to hear, but Will could still end up a bit disappointed. There may not be an immediate reaction to the serum, so he may be bummed that it’s not working. However, big changes are coming. Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that some crucial flashes of the past are on the way.
During a close moment, Sonny will offer Will reassurance. He may contend that he’s got Will’s back no matter what. Sonny was hurt when Paul and Will moved on together, but he’s reached a place of acceptance. He’s always going to be linked to Will through Arianna (Harper and Sydnee Udell), so it’s important to be on good terms.
