Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that we’ll soon see a familiar face back in Salem. Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will soon be back and he’ll make a splash in typical Xander fashion. Xander will reappear on Thursday, January 3rd when he’s revealed to be Eve Donovan’s (Kassie DePaiva) partner in crime.
It appears that when Eve left Salem a few weeks ago, she made a beeline for Nashville, where she apparently found Xander. Of course, the last we saw Xander, he was frantically trying to get all of Dr. Willhelm Rolf’s (Willam Utay) “patients” out of the burning DiMera warehouse.
And we now know that Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) was one of Dr. Rolf’s many patients who was brought back from the dead. It looks like Eve and Xander struck a deal to bring Jack back to Salem so that Eve could dangle an amnesiac Jack in front of Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) and make her life miserable.
Since Xander enjoys seeing others miserable, it makes sense that he’d want to be involved. But there will be more to Xander’s reappearance than just being Eve’s partner in crime.
According to Days of Our Lives spoilers, Xander will have something up his sleeve that will affect Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston). We know that Xander raided the Kiriakis safe before he last left Salem, so perhaps he lifted some sensitive Kiriakis intel that he’ll use against Victor.
Xander has always wanted his rightful place in the Kiriakis pecking order, so he might use the information he’s got to try to get a top position at Titan Industries. He’ll have a proposition for Victor, so it looks like he might try to strike up a deal of some sort.
And, in typical Xander fashion, he’ll stir up trouble for various Salem residents. He might start by antagonizing Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), who is still grieving Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) death.
Xander may well be aware that Nicole didn’t really die in the warehouse explosion, so he may particularly enjoy needling Eric about her “death” and making him suffer. That will probably cause some friction with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey), who is very protective of Eric these days.
It also looks like Xander will have a big impact on Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart), who will be smitten after catching a single glimpse of Xander. It will be fun to watch Leo chase Xander and Xander fend off Leo’s inevitable advances.
