CDL Soap Opera Spoilers reveal that the pre-nominations for the outstanding performers in a drama series for the 45th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards have been revealed and we have all the latest news. The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) released the name and David Michaels, the Senior Vice President of the Daytime Emmys and Executive Producer explains the process of how the nominees are chosen.
