General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sonny (Maurice Benard) will battle growing concerns. Now that the corpse under Charlie’s Pub has been unearthed, it’s just a matter of time until the trail leads back to Sonny. He doesn’t want to go down for this, but he knows it’s a very real possibility.
Sonny will worry about being thrown behind bars and separated from his family. It’d be a total nightmare for Carly (Laura Wright) as well as Sonny’s kids. He won’t like the idea of Mike’s (Max Gail) world being torn apart either. Even if Mike manages to escape consequences, this would still bring his bonding with Sonny to an end.
Sonny and Mike spent years estranged, so it’s been nice for these two to finally connect. Mike’s declining every day, so it’s important to savor this time. There’ll come a day when Mike doesn’t remember who his son is. Subtracting precious days together would make Sonny’s sorrow far worse.
As Sonny’s fears intensify, Jason (Steve Burton) will want to help. He’ll hate watching his good friend deal with so much terror. On October 1, Jason will assure Sonny that they’re going to figure this out. He’ll promise to be there for Sonny and keep him out of prison for his crimes.
Is that a promise Jason can keep? GH fans will have to wait and see, but there’ll definitely be more hurdles soon enough. General Hospital spoilers say Ava (Maura West) could be a big one. She was suspicious when she found out Corinthos coffee was no longer being served at Julian’s (William deVry) bar. Since Julian finally had some leverage, that was one little way to rub it in.
Ava also knows about the human remains that were found. She grilled Julian about the investigation, but she didn’t get very far just yet. However, that could change as time goes on. General Hospital spoilers say Sonny and Ava will face off on October 3. He’ll offer a fierce warning, but he’d better not push too hard. Ava could easily keep digging until she uncovers the real story.
Will Ava eventually use this against Sonny? If he tries to pull any stunts, she just might. Sonny could find out about Ava’s role in Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) scheme. That’d give her a reason to need dirt as well. They both love Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola), so there’s always going to be some push and pull. If Ava fears custody could be on the line again, she may decide to play dirty.
