General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Dr. Bensch (James DePaiva) just scored some serious ammunition. After Griffin (Matt Cohen) caught the creep threatening Kiki (Hayley Erin), they all had a heated encounter. Dr. Bensch suggested that Kiki must be selective about which doctors can be chivalrous. Of course, Kiki argued that Dr. Bensch has never been chivalrous at all!
Griffin and Kiki thought the coast was clear soon after. They talked about sleeping together and how it meant Griffin had to back off. Unfortunately, Dr. Bensch was still hanging around. He snapped a picture of Griffin hugging Kiki and now the real trouble begins. Dr. Bensch doesn’t want to lose his career over this, so he’s prepared to fight back.
General Hospital spoilers say Kiki will remain confident in her decision – at least for a while. She knows what Dr. Bensch did and she wants him to pay for it. If Kiki doesn’t take a stand, Dr. Bensch will keep exploiting his power and preying on other vulnerable med students. It’s time for someone to call him out on his horrible behavior.
Kiki’s quite courageous for taking on a doc with so much clout. Dr. Bensch is a superstar at GH, so Kiki’s already facing an uphill battle. Sadly, that battle’s going to get even tougher. There are a couple ways Dr. Bensch could use this ammo. It’s possible he’ll show the pic to Kiki a little later. Dr. Bensch could once again urge Kiki to drop the civil suit, but would she do it?
Kiki would be in an awfully tight spot. Lulu’s (Emme Rylan) story has already been published, so Kiki will look like a liar if she backs out now. Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) may even push Kiki to move forward. If Kiki doesn’t offer all the facts, Alexis might contend that a hug is just a hug. Kiki’s allowed to have a concerned friend at GH. Alexis could insist that Kiki shouldn’t let Dr. Bensch intimidate her.
On June 20, General Hospital spoilers say Kiki will fear that her efforts were for nothing. Nevertheless, Kiki will decide she can’t give up on June 27. That might line up with Dr. Bensch threatening her with the photo and Kiki choosing to go ahead with her civil suit anyway. She might even be willing to accept her fate and be honest about the hookup.
In that case, it’d be best to tell Alexis what they’re up against. She’s a top-notch lawyer, so she might think she can highlight the differences between consent and harassment. However, things could be far worse if everyone’s blindsided. Dr. Bensch might save the picture as his ace in the hole. He could keep it under wraps and let his attorney spring it on Kiki in court.
Kiki would undoubtedly be asked about the nature of their relationship. When pressed, she’d probably have to admit she slept with Griffin. This would obviously damage Kiki’s credibility. It sounds like courtroom chaos could erupt!
