General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that a mystery man’s hidden at Ferncliff. Jason was all set to investigate when Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) stopped him in his tracks. He didn’t look pleased by Jason’s attempt to snoop. Jason just wanted to know who was screaming his head off down the hall, but Kevin probably won’t answer that question. Could he be keeping a few major secrets?
Let’s consider the evidence. For starters, Kevin seems a bit overextended these days. One minute he’s helping people like Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Franco (Roger Howarth) at GH. The next he’s suddenly with Carly (Laura Wright) at Ferncliff.
We all know soaps love to pretend people can teleport, but this is an extreme case. It almost seems like Kevin can be in two places at once. Perhaps he can – well, sort of! General Hospital fans know Kevin had an evil twin. His brother Ryan was a serial killer who once took over Kevin’s life. Ryan ultimately committed suicide, but faked deaths are incredibly common on daytime dramas.
Since Ryan’s been known to do some impersonating, he might be alive and doing it again. He could be secretly handling things at Ferncliff without Kevin’s knowledge. Why? Perhaps to deal with that mysterious patient we talked about.
As for Carly, she’d make a good cover story. Since “Kevin” seems so invested in Carly’s well-being, nobody would suspect this isn’t legit. It’d be a distraction from what Ryan’s really trying to do. Of course, we have to figure out what that is exactly. Who’s the yelling mystery man and why does “Kevin” want to protect his identity? Could Faison (Anders Hove) be alive after all?
Since he’s a twin, Ryan might’ve been part of the memory-mapping study. From Faison’s point of view, the whole idea was to provide the same memories and train the person to wreak havoc. If Ryan went rogue, he might’ve let Faison live just to torture him. There’s no guarantee that body we saw was the real Faison.
Then again, Ryan could be plotting Faison’s Ferncliff escape. Either way, he wouldn’t be too keen on Jason finding out. We should also consider the possibility that Ryan took over Kevin’s life completely. If that’s the case, it’d mean more than just popping up occasionally.
Ryan may indeed be playing the role of a mild-mannered therapist all the time. It could be part of some long-game strategy that will soon be revealed. Something seemed off when Kevin got his hands on Faison’s brain. What if that’s because it was Ryan and he knew it wasn’t truly Faison’s? That move could’ve been for show since “Kevin” was working on a killer study back then.
Regardless, General Hospital spoilers say some summer surprises are looming. Back-from-the-dead stories are the norm, so Faison could easily be trapped at Ferncliff. Would you like to see that twist?
