General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, June 29, tease that Peter’s (Wes Ramsey) whining will continue. The longer he’s strapped to that bed, the more desperate he becomes. Peter will once again plead with his captors, but they won’t be willing to untie him. Since Liesl (Kathleen Gati) and Nina (Michelle Stafford) are sticking with their scheme, they’ll have a tricky task to handle.
GH viewers know Maxie (Kirsten Storms) has a baby shower coming up. Nina and Liesl need to be there, so they’ll have to figure something out. As Nina frets, Liesl will insist that she’s got it covered. Maybe she’ll call up a minion as a babysitter or knock Peter out with some drugs. No matter what strategy Dr. O uses, Nina will have concerns.
Elsewhere, Jason (Steve Burton) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) will meet up with Spinelli (Bradford Anderson). They’ll probably score the flyer they’re seeking, so Spin should have a chance to work his magic. He’s a real pro at this stuff, which means that ink should reappear lickety-split.
That’ll prove Carly (Laura Wright) was telling the truth about the note, but it won’t prove who sent it. Since Jason knows Nelle’s to blame, he’ll hope he can score evidence that points in her direction. Sam hates what Carly’s going through, but she’ll definitely enjoy teaming up with the guys. She’ll exchange smiles with Spinelli and suggest that it’s just like old times.
Afterward, Sam will head over to Charlie’s Pub. General Hospital spoilers say Liesl and Nina will finally make it over there, too. They’ll join Maxie and her baby shower guests for a fun gathering. Felicia (Kristina Wagner), Jordan (Vinessa Antoine), Lulu (Emme Rylan), Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman) and Lucy (Lynn Herring) will all be in attendance.
The ladies will party hard, but Lucy will still battle some worries. She’ll mull over Kevin’s (Jon Lindstrom) drama, so this could be about the state of his marriage. Laura (Genie Francis) has been gone much longer than she anticipated. That’s GH’s fault, so will they fix it? Many General Hospital fans would love to see Laura back on screen again.
If they don’t reunite Kevin and Laura soon, their marriage could start falling apart. Divorce could be brewing if something doesn’t give. Of course, Kevin’s been acting pretty shady lately. There’s been some speculation that he’s not even the real Kevin. We should point out his deceased twin, Ryan, once impersonated him.
If Ryan isn’t dead after all, he could be posing as Kevin again. Regardless, the man believed to be Kevin will face Carly’s fury. He’ll pop in Ferncliff on Friday and get an earful for Jason’s firing. Kevin will suggest he was just eliminating some risks for Carly. He’ll try to smooth things over, so Carly will do her best to move on.
Finally, Franco (Roger Howarth) will get a supportive surprise. He’ll guess that Drew (Billy Miller) wants to halt the “Friz” nuptials, but he’ll be mistaken. Drew isn’t going to stand in Liz (Rebecca Herbst) and Franco’s way, so they’ll be one step closer to the altar.
