General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, March 9, tease that Jim Harvey (Greg Evigan) will stir up more trouble. He’ll stop Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Drew (Billy Miller) at GH to share some big news. Jim will insist that there’s something they need to know about Franco (Roger Howarth).
Drew and Sam will act nonchalant, but they’ll undoubtedly be curious. That’s especially true for Drew. He’ll want to know anything that might pertain to his childhood. Jim told Franco that no one ever had to find out about the staircase incident, but he might sell him out anyway. It’s clear that this guy can’t be trusted.
Of course, Drew’s tumble was probably Jim’s fault. It seems Franco was just trying to rush Drew away from their abuser. For now, Franco will continue to wonder what really went down. He’s still trying to figure everything out, so he won’t approve of Scott’s (Kin Shriner) updates.
Scott wasn’t thinking straight due to the pain of his injuries. He blurted out something about Franco’s secret, so Liz (Rebecca Herbst) will expect answers soon. General Hospital spoilers say Franco will rip into Scott for tipping Liz off. He’ll feel like Scott may have just sabotaged his relationship.
Elsewhere, Liz will express her gratitude to Jason (Steve Burton). She’ll truly appreciate the way Jason put his anger aside and helped Franco get to safety. Jason will also bump into Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Peter (Wes Ramsey) on Friday. He’ll talk about how he was hoping to draw Faison’s (Anders Hove) son out of hiding.
Peter will squirm during all this Heinrik talk. He’ll hope that no one discovers his real identity, but it’s bound to happen sooner or later. Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) lies are already crumbling, so Peter had better be ready for anything.
Speaking of being ready, Maxie will prepare for the worst. She’ll worry that her kid might have Huntington’s disease, but she has to find out what’s ahead. General Hospital spoilers say Peter will be by Maxie’s side throughout this ordeal.
These two are getting quite close, but Maxie’s obviously setting herself up for more heartbreak. She’ll inevitably be furious over Peter’s lies down the road. Nina (Michelle Stafford) may feel snubbed since Maxie’s choosing to rely on Peter, but she’ll try to let it go. This isn’t Nina’s pregnancy, so she doesn’t get a say here. Maxie’s the one who gets to decide who she turns to for support.
Finally, Mike (Max Gail) will lash out at Sonny (Maurice Benard). Since Rita (Suanne Spoke) dumped Mike, Carly (Laura Wright) convinced Sonny to let him stay with them in Port Charles. Unfortunately, Mike won’t have the best reaction. It’ll be tough for him to give up his independence.
Mike will argue that Sonny doesn’t think he can hack it out there on his own. Sonny will snap that Mike’s not himself. He’ll feel like Mike needs to accept his Alzheimer’s diagnosis and try to cope as best he can.
