General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that one ABC soap star is excited about some big news. In a social media posting, Kelly Thiebaud (Britt) filled fans in on an upcoming family addition. She made a quick video to express how thrilled she is over the impending arrival. It turns out Thiebaud’s brother is going to be a dad again.
That info is great on its own, but there’s more! Thiebaud explained that this is the first baby boy for her family. They’re all looking forward to doting on this little one. Thiebaud may even show off some fun pics down the road. She seems like the type to be a very doting aunt!
Unfortunately, Thiebaud’s character will remain off canvas for now. General Hospital spoilers say there are currently no plans for Britt’s comeback. She’s in prison and should be staying put for quite some time.
It was a shame that Britt couldn’t return for Nathan’s (Ryan Paevey) funeral. GH definitely missed out on a touching opportunity. As we’ve seen with Julian (William deVry) and Andre (Anthony Montgomery), there are plenty of ways to free an incarcerated character. Britt could’ve scored her freedom somehow as well, but General Hospital just wasn’t willing to take that route.
On the bright side, Thiebaud has some other awesome projects in the works. Production has been completed on Every 21 Seconds. Thiebaud plays Mary Beth Sweeney in this inspirational drama. The film’s set to be released in April, so GH fans may want to check that out.
Plus, Thiebaud will portray Danielle in a new thriller. The Surrogate is currently filming, so it sounds like Thiebaud will be busy for a while. It’s always nice to see to General Hospital stars staying in the acting game and pumping out content.
