General Hospital spoilers are thrilled to announce that one of our favorite GH stars has new baby boy! General Hospital star Chris Van Etten is a new father. The actor along with his wife Samantha have just welcomed a beautiful baby boy they have named Milo Taylor Van Etten. Chris is best known for his role as Chet on GH.
According to Chris, both mother and baby are doing fine as all three of them are settling into their new life as a family. Actress Risa Dorken, who plays Amy, congratulated her co-star and on-screen brother on Twitter by writing, “Congrats, bro! Milo is absolutely gorgeous! How wonderful. Sending my love to you and Sam!”
The real-life military veteran and actor made his debut on General Hospital back in November of last year, 2017. His character Chet was introduced as Nurse Amy Driscoll’s brother.
Chet had been mentioned once before when Amy had concocted an Ask Man Landers book scheme as a way to earn extra money on the side for Chet’s medical care. Chet later ended up overdosing at General Hospital and Amy struggled to help her brother get clean.
The last time fans saw Chet on the small screen was back in May, 2018 when he came back to Port Charles to offer his sympathies to Amy and Maxie after Nathan’s death.
