General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Ava (Maura West) and Griffin’s (Matt Cohen) rough patch could turn into a full-blown breakup. Things are obviously strained between them at the moment. Griffin thought it was unfair of Ava to take such a strong stance against Mike (Max Gail). He feels like she’s exploiting Mike’s dementia and making life harder for his loved ones.
Ava’s decision to seek full custody of Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola) is a real problem, too. It appears Ava may win that battle, so Griffin’s bound to feel sorry for Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright). He’ll begin to wonder if getting together with Ava was a mistake. Griffin has always been able to see the good in her, but what happens if the bad outweighs it?
In a perfect world, Ava would love to have both Avery and Griffin by her side. However, she most likely knows she could lose Griffin over all this. Ava may be willing to take that chance. The bond between a mother and child tends to be quite strong. Griffin hasn’t even told Ava that he loves her yet, so she may think there’s no future for them anyway.
Meanwhile, poor Kiki’s (Haley Erin) enduring Dr. Bensch’s (James DePaiva) harsh treatment. The creep gave her an unwanted kiss at GH and now he has the nerve to berate her in public. Griffin has already noticed the tension between them, so he’ll undoubtedly learn the whole story eventually.
You can bet that Griffin will have sympathy for Kiki. He may come to her rescue when the Dr. Bensch situation gets out of hand. General Hospital spoilers say Kiki and Griffin will be on the same page about Avery, too. They won’t think it’s right for Ava to be greedy about custody. Avery’s used to living with Daddy and “Mommy Carly,” so this isn’t fair to her.
General Hospital spoilers suggest all this could be building to Griffin and Kiki’s romance. They have a close relationship already, so it’d be easy to take it into romantic territory. Ava’s paternity test snooping may be the last push Griffin needs to cut her loose. After that, it may not take long for Kiki and Griffin to fall for each other.
