General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Jason (Steve Burton) could find himself facing an unexpected mission. He’s been busy trying to figure out who Faison’s (Anders Hove) son is, but that task will eventually be accomplished. Jason will likely succeed in drawing Faison into the open, too.
However, a different threat could emerge thanks to Drew’s (Billy Miller) former life. Once Drew digs around and brings people out of the woodwork, it could lead to bad news. Jason has been portrayed as the dangerous twin who could inadvertently bring harm to Sam (Kelly Monaco) and the kids. Unfortunately, Drew could also send trouble their way.
General Hospital spoilers hint that there’s some darkness in Drew’s history. Even if it doesn’t come from him, there could’ve been sinister forces at work. This may run deeper than just Faison. Since Drew’s memories have been replaced, he has no idea what he’ll discover. Some of his findings will inevitably be terrible. Drew could unintentionally bring old enemies back into the picture.
If that happens, Drew’s family could certainly be at risk. Sam, Danny (T.K. Weaver) and Scout could become pawns in a perilous game. Any or all of them could face a life-threatening situation. Drew could also land in a tight spot as this story moves along. He might end up in captivity or face some obstacle that prevents him from rescuing his loved ones.
Luckily, General Hospital buzz is that Jason will save the day! Sam is still longing for Jason, so GH needs something to jumpstart their romance. They’ve spent plenty of time pushing Jason and Sam back together. General Hospital might as well capitalize on the drama that a “JaSam” reunion would bring.
If Jason steps up to rescue Sam and the children, it could earn him some serious points. That’s especially true if Drew is no longer placed on this pedestal of safety. Again, he could be the reason Sam and the kids almost lose their lives. Sam might start to feel like Drew’s the bigger threat to her family.
Plus, she may be looking for a reason to bail. Deep down, Sam wants to be with Jason. She could obviously change her mind later, but why not let Jason and Sam renew their love for a while? Jason’s rescue mission could finally put them on the path to a real reconnection.
