General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Maxie (Kirsten Storms) will continue to lean on Peter (Wes Ramsey) for support. She appreciates everything Nina’s (Michelle Stafford) been trying to do for her, but being around her only brings pain. Nina is a constant reminder of losing Nathan (Ryan Paevey) and that’s just not what Maxie needs right now. She’s hoping to work through her grief and move on.
Nina was hurt by Maxie’s decision, but at least it’s freed up a chunk of her schedule. GH fans know Nina’s using that extra time to plot against Peter (Wes Ramsey). She recently hired Curtis (Donnell Turner) to dig up dirt, but complications could arise. You can bet that Maxie won’t be happy about this. She’s bound to find out what Nina’s up to and when she does, she may declare war!
General Hospital spoilers say Nina will be the victim of an ambush on April 18. Maxie will be the one who catches Nina off guard, so this could be a sneak attack regarding Peter. Since Maxie will be hanging out with Peter more and more, she might catch Curtis snooping soon. If so, Maxie will surely assume Nina’s to blame. She knows Nina has issues with Peter, so she may step up to defend him.
Nina just wants to look out for Maxie. She’s trusting her instincts, which are obviously on point! Peter is one of the shadiest guys around town, but Maxie isn’t picking up on that. She just sees him as a kind and loyal friend. That’s why Maxie may rip into Nina and urge her to back off. Maxie won’t want anyone invading Peter’s privacy or trying to derail his life.
It hasn’t been that long since Nathan died, so Maxie probably isn’t letting her mind go to a romantic place with Peter. Nevertheless, it’s clear that there’s more than a friendly spark between them. Once Maxie defends Peter so passionately, it could push them closer. Nina may inadvertently make matters worse with her latest mission.
