General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, April 9, tease that Nelle (Chloe Lanier) will make dinner plans with someone. She might call up Josslyn (Eden McCoy) so she can slip the key she stole back in her purse. It certainly came in handy for Nelle’s house of horror plan!
Nelle may also want Joss to put in a good word for her with Michael (Chad Duell). She could drop a few more hints about how much she wants to be a family with Michael and their baby. Later, Josslyn will have a chat with her big bro. She’ll argue that Michael needs to stop fighting his feelings and give Nelle another chance.
Of course, Michael will insist that he’s given plenty of chances. Nelle blew all of them, so he’s not interested in getting back together with her. Still, Joss will do her best to help Michael come around on the idea. It’s possible that she’ll make a tiny bit of progress. Nelle would undoubtedly be pleased with that.
At Carly’s (Laura Wright) place, someone will creep upstairs and nearly get bashed with a baseball bat. It seems likely that it’ll be Sonny (Maurice Benard), so Carly will break down and spill all her worries. She’ll bring up the bloody scarf from her office and all those eerie phone calls.
Sonny will wonder why Carly didn’t come to him before. He’ll promise that they’re going to get through this together. General Hospital spoilers suggest that Sonny will be pretty rattled by Carly’s ordeal. He’ll wonder if she could use some professional help, so a therapist may step in soon.
Meanwhile, Drew (Billy Miller) and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) will head back upstairs at GH. Liz will eventually recap the terrifying events from earlier. She’ll share her story with Jordan (Vinessa Antoine), who’ll be concerned when she learns Franco (Roger Howart) and Jim (Greg Evigan) are missing.
Liz will fear that Jim will try to murder Franco, but it just might be the other way around. General Hospital spoilers say one of the men will pop the trunk with a gun in his hand. It looks like Franco managed to snatch it up before Jim did. He vowed to kill Jim, but he probably won’t take things that far.
Nevertheless, Franco battle temptation as he gets Jim to make an admission of guilt. They’ll do all this at an undisclosed location where no one can hear Jim scream. It’ll serve him right since he nearly buried Franco and Drew in cement.
Drew was there for Franco during that crisis and he’ll be there for him in this one, too. It appears Drew may track Franco down and beg him to back off. Jim isn’t worth getting thrown in prison over. Franco loves Liz and her boys with all his heart, so they should win out over his anger in the end.
