General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Valentin Cassadine (James Paul Stuart) will soon cross Peter August (Wes Ramsey) and the aftermath could be catastrophic. It looks like Peter will target his ally, so Valentin should definitely beware. GH fans can tell that there’s plenty of tension between them. Their conflict is becoming harder to handle, so Peter just might snap!
It’s clear that Peter wants Maxie Jones West (Kirsten Storms) in his life. Valentin has given repeated warnings to steer clear of Maxie, but Peter just isn’t interested in backing off. His feelings for Maxie are growing stronger, so he won’t let Valentin or anyone else stand in his way.
General Hospital spoilers hint that Peter will decide to be his own man for once. He must be tired of letting Valentin run the show. Valentin has apparently known Peter for many years, so he’s undoubtedly had quite the grip on him. However, things are shifting and that means Peter won’t play by the rules of this alliance anymore.
Robert Scorpio’s (Tristan Rogers) evidence suggests that Valentin delivered Heinrik (aka Peter) to Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). Peter blames his mother for abandoning him, but Valentin’s much more responsible for his misery. He’s the one who handed Peter over to his cruel father.
Furthermore, Valentin knows the identity of Peter’s mother and has been keeping it a secret. He’s been manipulating his partner, so this situation’s bound to get ugly. Peter will likely want revenge once Valentin’s dirty deeds are exposed. He’ll inevitably turn against him, so Valentin had better watch out!
How will GH explain Valentin’s actions and set up what’s to come for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes)? Let’s consider the past, present and future. Like Faison, Valentin was as obsessed with Anna when they were younger. Deep down, he still feels a strong pull toward her.
When Valentin gave Anna’s baby to Faison, it might’ve been an act of jealousy. Valentin may have been desperate to get some form of vengeance. Of course, it also gave Valentin a secret to save for a rainy day. Anna pointed out that all Valentin had to do was wait for an opportunity to use it to his advantage.
It seems plans changed for Valentin at some point. Now he’s desperate to keep Peter’s identity a secret and keep their alliance under wraps. Alas, General Hospital spoilers say Valentin’s deception will be revealed anyway. He’ll land in hot water, but all this could mean good news for Anna.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) thinks they can use Heinrik’s mom as bait, which is obviously a risky tactic. Fortunately, Peter may soften toward Anna after the whole truth comes out. Valentin played a much larger role in his suffering, so there’s hope for Peter and Anna’s relationship.
