General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Ryan Paevey is leaving the role of Nathan, but he has plenty of thoughts on what’s next. In a recent Twitter chat, Paevey offered hints about the near future as well as his hopes for the storyline down the road. He couldn’t resist chiming in on what’s ahead for Maxie (Kirsten Storms). Everyone’s curious about how she’ll handle all this.
Paevey said to prepare for more waterworks. Over the next week or so, we’ll see another round of gripping performances. Paevey noted that his costars really blew him away. Look for great scenes from Kirsten Storms, Michelle Stafford (Nina), Kathleen Gati (Dr. Obrecht) and a few others.
“You have no idea how hard it is not to move at all, or even breathe, when people are giving such amazing performances literally right on top of you,” Paevey said. It sounds like we’ll see some emotional loved ones sobbing over Nathan’s dead body. They’ll undoubtedly struggle to tackle their grief.
Once Nathan’s funeral is over, Maxie will have to carry on somehow. Who should comfort her in her time of need? Paevey thinks Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) would be a good choice. “Truthfully, I’d love to see Spinelli help Maxie through all this,” Paevey said. He added that Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) could step up as the baby’s godfather like Nathan planned.
Paevey thought some other GH characters should pitch in, too. “I couldn’t ask for a better support group with Nina, Obrecht, and Lulu as well,” Paevey said. There’ll be plenty of people around to help Maxie pick up the pieces of her shattered heart.
Paevey’s even counting on General Hospital fans to be there for Storms and her character. He suggested, “She’s gonna need some love, so you guys take care of my girl okay?” Paevey put Storms’ Twitter handle in his tweet and social media let out a collective “aww.” How sweet is that?!
Finally, let’s talk about Paevey’s own future. In addition to some Hallmark movies, Paevey’s hoping to score some action film roles. He plans to test the waters and see how it goes. Paevey said he’s been into “action hero stuff” since he was a little kid, so he wants to give it a shot.
General Hospital spoilers say the rest of Nathan’s exit will be brutal, but at least some riveting moments are headed our way. We’ll give you updates as other GH news comes in. Stay tuned to the ABC soap and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest General Hospital spoilers, updates and news.
