General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that spring is in the air and that means fans are anxious to hear more wedding bells. There’s nothing like some soapy springtime nuptials. Several couples in town are either going strong or inching toward a reunion. Let’s look at a few pairings that could tie the knot at some point. 1. Franco and Liz
Franco (Roger Howarth) was on his way to marry Liz (Rebecca Herbst), but he got sidetracked by Jim Harvey (Greg Evigan). It didn’t matter anyway since an earthquake would’ve disrupted the celebration. However, many “Friz” fans feel cheated! They want their romantic ceremony and heartfelt vows.
Liz wasn’t pleased about Franco’s secrets, but she already seems to be softening. She’ll probably let go of the past sooner or later. Once they get their romance back on track, maybe they can set another wedding date. It’d be nice to see Franco and Liz get in a happy groove again.
2. Curtis and Jordan
Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) have faced some ups and downs thanks to Stella (Vernee Watson). Fortunately, things have settled down now. Stella doesn’t exactly support Curtis and Jordan’s relationship, but she’s willing to tolerate it. That might be the best they can hope for!
There’s nothing to stop Curtis and Jordan from getting hitched how. They’re clearly in love, so why not go for it? It’s doubtful this romance will die down anytime soon, so Jordan and Curtis might as well say some sweet vows and begin the rest of their lives together.
3. Ava and Griffin
Griffin (Matt Cohen) was hesitant to tell Ava (Maura West) that he loves her, but he seemed touched by her heartfelt confession. That could speed this process along. By the time Griffin’s willing to confess his own love, he might pop the question, too. A double surprise would be fun for Ava.
Ava and Griffin don’t seem like they’re meant to last forever, but that doesn’t mean they can’t tie the knot. Many soap marriages are doomed from the start, but we can still enjoy the ceremony. Griffin and Ava’s wedding would certainly cause some buzz around Port Charles. It would also set up the potential for a very messy divorce down the road. Bring on the drama!
4. Jason and Sam
Finally, we should talk about Jason (Steve Burton) and Sam (Kelly Monaco). She may be married to Drew (Billy Miller) right now, but she had to divorce Jason first. Do Sam and Jason deserve a do-over? Whether that happens or not, you can root for any couple you want on General Hospital. Many GH fans would love to see them back together as a married duo.
