General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that a custody battle’s brewing, so Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Ava (Maura West) are sure to come out swinging. Scott (Kin Shriner) is certainly going to give this case everything he’s got. Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) is a real pro as well, so this war will bring some fierce competitors.
GH fans know that Carly’s (Laura Wright) been worried, but Sonny insisted he’d take care of this. He just wants her to focus on herself right now. Since Carly’s been dealing with so many weird incidents, Sonny needs her to put her sanity first. He’s doing everything in his power to help Carly avoid a nervous breakdown.
Despite having so much on his plate, Sonny feels confident that he can take Ava down in court. General Hospital spoilers suggest Sonny may be wrong about that. He’ll soon be forced to choose between Mike (Max Gail) and Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola), so he’ll seek some advice on this tricky situation.
Stella (Vernee Watson) will give Sonny a warning about his father. She may fear that Mike will decline rapidly if he’s taken out of his home and away from the people he’s familiar with. Sonny needs to be aware of that before he makes his choice.
As painful as it would be to give Ava sole custody, at least Avery would be with a parent who loves her. Ava has made plenty of mistakes, but she genuinely adores her daughter. Avery just a tot, so she’s probably safe from Ava’s manipulation until she hits those teen years!
General Hospital spoilers say Ava will be overjoyed on the new GH episode May 7. It sounds like Sonny may lose the custody battle and make Ava the happiest mom in Port Charles. Of course, there should be major fallout thanks to all this. Sonny may vow to get Avery back one day and make Ava suffer for the time she took. Never mind the time Sonny’s taken from Ava!
The Corinthos family is full of hypocrites, but that’s just the way it is. Ava’s about to score a big victory, but it’ll undoubtedly cost her in the end. She may lose Griffin (Matt Cohen) and put a target on her back with Sonny. Since Ava’s so close to all the Nelle (Chloe Lanier) drama, that could also drag her down. She’s poised to be framed by her sneaky little assistant.
