General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, February 22, tease that Mike (Max Gail) will face some difficult news. He recently underwent tests for cognitive impairment and the results left Griffin (Matt Cohen) with concerns. A CT scan was ordered and that should help Griffin pinpoint the cause of Mike’s memory struggles. It looks like Alzheimer’s is to blame for all his recent problems.
Once Mike hears what he’s dealing with, he’ll give Sonny (Maurice Benard) a stern warning. Mike won’t want special treatment or pity, so he’ll push Sonny to keep his mouth shut. Elsewhere, Carly (Laura Wright) will catch up with Brad (Parry Shen). It appears he’ll have a few issues he’s trying to handle.
Maybe Lucas (Ryan Carnes) and Brad’s adoption plan hit a snag. Carly won’t have a good feeling about the route Brad’s taking. She’ll want to make sure he looks into everything carefully before moving forward. Whether this is about their baby quest or not, Carly will be full of advice!
At some point, Brad will speak with Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) as well. She’ll undoubtedly help out with whatever he needs. Legal drama is Alexis’ specialty, so Brad needs to use this chat to his advantage. GH fans will be anxious to see if Brad can find a solution on Thursday.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Ava (Maura West) will seek updates on Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) plot. She’ll ask about Nelle’s progress with Michael (Chad Duell) and wonder how Carly’s takedown is coming along. Nelle will insist that things are moving forward. She’ll fully believe she’s going to get Michael back and hopefully score custody for Ava in the process.
At Crimson, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) will get fed up with constant texts and calls. She’ll shout that someone should just shut up as she flings her phone away. Perhaps Maxie will be annoyed with all her concerned loved ones. She doesn’t want to deal with Nathan (Ryan Paevey) questions and sympathy right now.
Nina (Michelle Stafford) will do her best to comfort Maxie. She’s having a hard time getting back to work, too. It’ll be a while before Maxie and Nina can regain a sense of normalcy. Across town, Peter (Wes Ramsey) will get a visit from Jason (Steve Burton). General Hospital spoilers say he’ll hear about Faison’s (Anders Hove) will and the death stipulation. It’s left Jason and Drew (Billy Miller) in a real jam.
Peter will wonder what Faison used to entice Jason. He’ll be caught off guard when Jason admits it was Heinrik info. Jason has no intention of killing Drew to get what he wants, so he’ll hope Peter can help him out somehow. Of course, he doesn’t know Peter is actually the man he’s searching for!
