General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) suspicions will grow. For starters, she may pick up on Nina’s (Michelle Stafford) weird behavior again. Maxie felt like Nina seemed a little off the last time she dropped by. Nina promised everything was fine, but Maxie still look perplexed.
On Monday, Nina will pop in once more. She has to act like everything’s normal or people will start to catch on. GH fans know Nina’s keeping a dangerous secret. Liesl (Katheen Gati) roped her into a hostage situation, so she’s been helping her stay in control of Peter. Of course, Nina’s also keeping him alive! Without Nina around to rein her in, Dr. O probably would’ve killed Heinrik by now.
Unfortunately for Nina, this scheme is bound to blow up in her face. Soapy secrets have to come out at some point, so Nina’s time is running out. That’s good news for Peter, but Nina won’t enjoy the backlash she faces. On the bright side, Nina will have a couple of crucial characters in her corner.
After a tip from Wyatt (Patrick J. Gibbons), General Hospital spoilers say Franco (Roger Howarth) and Finn (Michael Easton) will investigate at the cabin. Dr. Obrecht will be confronted about her actions, but she might manage to hide Peter at first. If Nina ends up ratting her out later, Liesl’s sure to be furious.
Meanwhile, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) will finally get a clue. He’ll solve the mystery he’s been pondering and realize Nina’s involved in Peter’s disappearance. Nina will try to sidestep accusations, but Valentin will know what’s going on. He’ll undoubtedly work to protect Nina from consequences.
Over with Maxie, she’ll add to her suspicions on the new GH episode of July 17. Maxie will end up rushing to Nina’s defense later, so she may learn the truth and go easy on her. At least Nina kept Dr. O from killing Peter. If Nina comes clean and faces Liesl’s wrath, Maxie may defend Nina’s choice. She might feel like the confession was better late than never.
Will Nina run into some legal trouble or will Valentin fix her mess? Could Maxie convince Peter to leave Nina out of his statement? The cops will have questions soon, but let’s hope Nina can wiggle out of her jam. We’ll give you updates as other General Hospital details emerge.
