General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, February 7, tease that Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will reach out to Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Drew (Billy Miller). She’ll hope they can save her campaign with a valuable endorsement. Alexis is facing an uphill battle in the press right now, so she could really use some support.
Unfortunately, Alexis is going to the wrong place for it. Drew will point out that if Aurora Media endorsed Alexis, it would tank her chances of winning. The ad against Alexis highlighted her ties to Julian (William deVry). Since Julian sold the company to Sam and Drew, an endorsement would just make things worse.
Meanwhile, Julian will face more Jim Harvey (Greg Evigan) drama. General Hospital spoilers say Jim will insist that his offer’s still on the table. Julian will scowl and maintain that he’s not interested. He’ll urge Jim to get lost and forget about trying to pry his pub away from him.
Across town, Anna (Finola Hughes) will seek answers from Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). She may wonder if there’s any Heinrik info he can offer. Faison (Anders Hove) blamed the Cassadine when he was confronted about turning against his son. Of course, Anna’s timing isn’t the greatest.
Nina’s (Michelle Stafford) drowning in grief and Valentin needs to be there for her. General Hospital spoilers say Nina will lash out at Anna for causing trouble at a time like this. She’ll argue that if Anna has business with Valentin, it can wait until later.
Nina will struggle to hold back tears as she mourns for Nathan (Ryan Paevey). Valentin will comfort Nina as she tries to cope, but she’s got some rough days ahead of her. Elsewhere, Peter (Wes Ramsey) will run into Lulu (Emme Rylan). He’ll sit down for a chat with her, but it should lead to a tricky situation.
Lulu will once again open up about the pain she’s dealing with. She feels responsible for Nathan’s death and she’s not sure how to handle that. GH spoilers say the conversation will eventually shift to Peter. Lulu will admit she still doesn’t know anything about her boss. She’ll pepper Peter with questions, but he’ll artfully dodge them. Peter doesn’t want anyone to get too close to the truth.
Finally, Sonny (Maurice Benard) will confront Mike (Max Gail) about the money he discovered. He’ll want to know why the $10,000 was in his father’s cigar box. However, Mike probably wasn’t lying when he said he didn’t know where the money was. It appears Mike may be battling Alzheimer’s.
When Mike called Carly (Laura Wright) the wrong name, that was a big tipoff. Sonny will eventually take his dad home with him, so maybe he’ll convince Mike to accept some help.
