General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, October 24, tease that Laura (Genie Francis) will contemplate “Kevin’s (Jon Lindstrom) big idea. GH fans know Ryan is posing as his brother and plotting deadly moves. However, Laura’s return has left him with a bit of a dilemma. Ryan needs to get her out of the way and the upcoming mayoral election is the perfect solution.
Ryan suggested a write-in campaign, so Laura will give it some serious thought. She’ll realize it could drive her further apart from her “husband,” but that’s a risk she’ll be willing to take. Laura will eventually decide to throw her hat in the ring again and see how it goes.
In the meantime, Laura will have a conversation with Carly (Laura Wright). They’ll undoubtedly discuss “Kevin” and his personality shifts. Now that these two are putting their heads together, it could spell trouble for Ryan!
Carly will need to speak with Liz (Rebecca Herbst) on Wednesday as well. This might involve Josslyn’s (Eden McCoy) growing bond with Cameron (William Lipton). Cam’s more of a bad boy than Oscar (Garren Stitt), but Carly still seems to like the kid. She recently grinned as she watched the teens goofing around, so she’s just happy Joss’ heart is mending.
Of course, Carly won’t want Josslyn to get hurt all over again. That may be why she reaches out to Liz and tries to get on the same page. General Hospital spoilers say there’ll be some conflict, but nothing these moms can’t handle. They’ll tackle their latest issues and attempt to move on.
Josslyn is actually using Cameron as her fake boyfriend, but he’s definitely got real feelings for her. Those could cause some problems soon enough. The drama will start when Oscar seeks out Cam and blasts him over Joss. He won’t approve of whatever Cameron’s trying to pull.
Will Cam admit that it’s all a ploy or allow Oscar to be duped? Regardless, Cameron will likely try to keep Josslyn as his girlfriend. He may present himself as someone who can support Joss after Oscar’s gone. If Oscar ends up surviving his cancer battle, things could really get complicated!
Other General Hospital spoilers say Curtis (Donnell Turner) will get a shock. Drew (Billy Miller) will have to ditch his best man duties, so Curtis should be disappointed. Nevertheless, he’ll understand if Drew discusses his family crisis. Drew has to take care of the people he loves first and foremost, so Curtis can just find a stand-in.
Over with Julian (William deVry), it appears he’ll confide in Olivia (Lisa LoCicero). Julian might confess that he’s reached a place of bliss. He’s content with Kim (Tamara Braun) and wants to keep their romance going strong. Olivia will warn Julian not to blow it, so he’ll give it his best shot.
Finally, Kim will put Sam (Kelly Monaco) in a difficult situation. She’ll beg her to save Oscar’s life, so Sam will wonder what that means. Kim may provide updates on Oscar’s emancipation case and urge Sam to take action. She’ll probably think Sam has the power to talk her mom out of it. Since Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is typically a very determined attorney, Sam may not be able to accomplish that goal.
Alexis committed to helping Oscar, so it looks like she’ll see it through. Still, she’s got some ulterior motives that’ll be revealed sooner or later. General Hospital viewers won’t want to miss the rest of this hot storyline. We’ll keep you posted as other GH news comes in.
