General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, September 26, tease that Oscar (Garren Stitt) will need a shoulder to cry on. He’ll eventually decide Jason (Steve Burton) is his best option. Oscar will catch Jason off guard when he corners him and insists he has to spill something. He’ll feel like he’s going to burst if he doesn’t reveal his cancer diagnosis to someone, so Jason will listen up.
At GH, Drew (Billy Miller) and Kim (Tamara Braun) will grow concerned. They won’t be able to find Oscar anywhere and he won’t pick up his cell either. General Hospital spoilers say these fearful parents will ultimately turn to Chase (Josh Swickard). He’ll urge them to remain calm and consider the logical possibilities.
Chase will ask if there’s anybody Oscar would seek support from. Kim and Drew will mull that over, but they may not think of Jason immediately. After all, Oscar and Jason aren’t that close. Still, Jason bonded with his nephew a bit before his collapse. They can build on that as Oscar bares his soul and looks for guidance.
Over with Josslyn (Eden McCoy), she’ll be oblivious to her boyfriend’s suffering. Cameron (William Lipton), on the other hand, will believe he knows the truth. He’ll make some puzzling comments in Wednesday’s episode, so Joss will get fed up with him. If Cam has something to say, Josslyn will just want him to say it.
However, it’s doubtful Cameron will betray Oscar’s trust – at least not right now. He’ll refuse to fib for Oscar on next week’s new episodes, October 1-5, but this sick teen deserves a chance to tell Joss everything himself. Across town, Anna (Finola Hughes) will push Finn (Michael Easton) to be honest. She’ll think Finn’s curious about his father’s condition and truly wants to help.
Finn will act like this case doesn’t matter much, but Anna will suggest that it’s OK to feel something. Gregory (James Read) needs a cure and Finn’s the ideal person to give him one. Meanwhile, it seems Sam (Kelly Monaco) will have more family chaos to deal with. Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) will attempt to avoid the hostility, but she may actually be the cause of it.
Sam will rush to Alexis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) defense on Wednesday, so Kristina may have to examine another point of view. Let’s hope all these ladies can settle down and find some common ground. Finally, Julian (William deVry) will face more pressure. Brad’s (Parry Shen) really spooked by all the medical record drama, but Julian doesn’t want to draw further attention or push their luck.
It appears Julian will stand by his refusal to help, so Brad will only have hope to cling to. He’ll try to stay strong, but he’ll fear that Lucas’ (Ryan Carnes) search for answers could bring trouble. If Lucas can’t contain his curiosity and digs for birth mom’s medical files, the baby swap could be exposed.
