General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Drew (Billy Miller) will soon be furious with his brother. GH fans know Jason (Steve Burton) tends to be on Drew’s bad side anyway. Ever since Jason reclaimed his identity, there’s been major tension between them.
The fact that they both love Sam (Kelly Monaco) doesn’t help the situation. Drew has threatened Jason on more than one occasion, so peace has been difficult to achieve. However, the conflict will really erupt after Sam drops a serious bomb. General Hospital spoilers say she’ll tell Drew that she professed her love for Jason after they narrowly escaped death.
Drew could deal with it when he thought the feelings were mostly one-sided. Jason’s love for Sam is one thing, but Sam’s love for Jason is quite another. General Hospital spoilers say Drew’s downward spiral is imminent. After Drew stomps off and leaves Sam to sulk, he’ll hit the bottle and prepare for payback.

Nevertheless, Drew and Jason can’t change the past. They can only cope with the chaos of the present and hope the future turns out the way they want. Unfortunately, both of them would like a life with Sam. That’ll rev up the hostility of their next confrontation.
Once Drew knows where Sam stands, he’ll think Jason’s to blame. He’ll be sure to let Jason know that when he finds him. Jason will try to take the criticism at first, but eventually his own rage will kick in. He won’t stand by and let the wife-stealer badmouth his bond with Sam.
General Hospital spoilers say Jason will let something big slip on March 27. He’ll go one step too far by mentioning the New Year’s Eve kiss. Drew’s heart will sink when he finds out Sam was already battling strong feelings for Jason. She loved him months ago just as she did before he was held hostage.
