Meghan Markle’s estranged sister Samantha Grant is hoping for an invite to her royal wedding in May. In fact, she’s made it no secret that she wants to reconnect with her famous sister now that she’s about to become a member of the British royal family. Meghan and Prince Harry announced that their engagement back in November.
For months now Samantha Grant has been talking to the media about her childhood memories with her Hollywood sister Meghan Markle. Of course, Meghan herself has made no comments regarding her relationship with Samantha, leading many to believe that she wants nothing to do with her estranged sister. As a matter of fact, the only person that Meghan seems to trust these days is her mother, Doria Ragland. Otherwise, she’s made it pretty clear that she doesn’t want to associate with any members of the Markle family.
Yet Samantha still has the hope that she and Meghan will be able to make up just in time for her to attend her royal wedding at Windsor Castle in May. But considering how Samantha has been releasing childhood photos of Meghan to the media and even has plans to write a book about their relationship, there’s a good chance that she’ll be left out in the cold.
Samantha recently said that she is writing her upcoming book, “The Diary of Princess Pushy’s Sister,” to show the public that Meghan is the opposite of what the tabloids have been reporting about her. Still, a lot of people see the title as a huge insult towards Meghan. With that being said, the only place that Samantha Grant will be on Meghan Markle’s wedding day is in front of her television set in her home near Bellview, Florida.
Of course, the last thing Meghan Markle would want to see is her family making fools out of themselves on her wedding day. And that might be the case if she does decide to invite her stepsister and her stepbrother, Thomas Markle, Jr.
Instead of inviting her family members, there’s a good chance that Meghan will invite her celebrity friends instead. Many reports have hinted that A-list stars like Serena Williams, David and Victoria Beckham, Priyanka Chopra and even Meghan’s Suits co-star Patrick J. Adams will be there for the most important day of Meghan’s life.
