On tonight’s Quantico, Season 3 episode 2 as per the ABC synopsis, “In tracking down the origin of a deadly strain of tuberculosis threatening Americans, Agent Ryan Booth must go undercover and infiltrate a white supremacist organization—an assignment that threatens the life of another member of the team.”

A man sitting in a restaurant sitting alone opens a jar of white powder and places it on the floor in front of the vent. He leaves.
Owen brings in two new members, Deep and Celine. They get a call. It is their first official case. They head to a restaurant where the CBC is. Sixty-five people have been infected with an aggressive strain of TB, 22 have died so far. They have accounted for all of the patrons except for one little girl.
They track her down. The CBC takes her to Maryland. Alex tells them she is going. This is bioterrorism. An agent named Mike that was in deep with the possible suspects who pulled off the TB attack comes to see Owen. Owen wants Mike to get Ryan in.
Celine thinks she has made a connection between the powder and a Bio company. Owen tracks down the president who welcomes him to any of his labs. He is innocent.
In upstate New York, Mike and Ryan arrive on the grounds of a white supremacy hangout. They take a little bit to warm up to Ryan, pulling guns on him.
On their way to Maryland, Alex and Harry encounter a black Suburban who fires on them. During the fight, the little girl Gracie runs off into the woods. They search the woods until nightfall. They find her at a truck stop. They tell her that her grandmother has died and they are trying to protect her.
The leader of the White Supremacy group makes Ryan beat up the first black man in a predominantly black neighborhood to come out of the store they stop it. Owen walks out. He tells Ryan to sell it. Ryan beats him down while the leader and Mike smile.
Owen is bloody and beaten, cleaning up in the bathroom. He tells Shelby that the leader Damon is too dumb to make the TB strain. He has to be connected to the biotech company somehow.
Shelby and the others head to a dinner. Celine manages to get a security card off of the biotech president Renway after she poses as a waitress and spills water on him.
Alex, Harry, and Deep find a cabin in the woods. They lay low. Alex talks about Andrea and Isabella. She starts to cough. She has a fever and Harry does too.
Ryan is initiated with Mike. They are vaccinated. Meanwhile, Gracie is in the bathroom using Deep’s phone without their knowledge. It allows the leader Damon to track her. It isn’t long before men arrive at the cabin and begin shooting.
Ryan checks in with Shelby. She is worried about him. He is going through some of Damon’s things. Damon comes in and confronts him. Just as he is about to kill Ryan, Mike stabs him from behind.
Alex and the guys bring Gracie to a local clinic, breaking in. She has been shot. Deep works on her. Alex draws her blood just in case.
Shelby and the others have figured out the groups’ plan. They are plotting to infect 10 little low-income communities with what they have left of the TB strain.
The FBI breaks into the white supremacy location and tracks down the bacteria. There should be 10 samples there, but Mike only finds 9.
Deep stops Gracie’s bleeding. They hear a helicopter.
Shelby and the other’s trace Renway’s calls. He is involved with the white supremacy group.
Ryan tracks down the next location. He is too late. One of the members has opened a jar of the virus.
Alex is in the hospital. The team comes to see her. Harry is okay. They made a cure from Gracie’s blood. Owen announces that Mike is joining the team.
