Rowan opens the trunk and pours gas all over a body before lighting it on fire. He calls in an anonymous tip. The next day, Liv and the others are informed that they found an ID a body. It was Quinn. Charlie asks about the baby. Mellie arrives to give her condolences. Liv tells her she can head back with her, but Mellie tells her to take her time with her family.
Charlie and the others are at the funeral home trying to pick out the right casket. Charlie wants to send off Quinn like a warrior. Charlie asks Liv to write the eulogy.
Glackland shows up at Cyrus’ for dinner. Before they even start, Glackland tells him it is over between them.
Huck visits Quinn in the morgue and talks to her. He promises her justice.
Jake visits Rowan. Rowan justifies his actions for killing Quinn. He tells Jake he too lost a child.
Liv tries to write the eulogy. Fitz shows up to check on her. She stands in her doorway, yelling at him. If he didn’t do what he did…just doesn’t finish, telling him to go away. She grabs the bottle of alcohol out of his hands and shuts the door.
Cyrus questions Jake. Is he the reason Glackland broke up with him. Jake dismisses him.
Huck is waiting at Abby’s in the dark. She is scared when she comes home. Huck explains that he thinks Liv has done something bad. He has connected Liv to the hairpin found on Quinn. He also checked Quinn’s cell phone records. Abby tells him he is crazy. She sends him home.
Huck pays Fitz a visit. Fitz tells him he cannot help. Liv won’t let him in. Huck tells him Liv isn’t the same person. Fitz agrees.
Cyrus waits for Glackland at his office. Glackland comes out of his office irritated. He tells Cyrus they are through. He did some digging on Charlie. He is a former hit man. He doesn’t want to surround himself with that with people like Cyrus.
Liv continues to try and write but she cannot come up with anything. Huck takes in an AA meeting. He wants to drink now that Quinn is gone.
Abby sits clutching Quinn’s ashes at the funeral home. David shows up. She is crying. He helps her leave after she tells him she doesn’t want to get in the car.
Huck arrives at the office. It is the night. He hears a noise. It is Liv in Quinn’s office. She is drunk and crying. She thought if she sat in Quinn’s chair she would become inspired. She yells out that they were all supposed to protect her before muttering. Huck watches her without saying a word. She kisses him on the cheek before leaving him standing in the room, clutching a gun with tears in his eyes.
Abby, Charlie, and Huck sit to create bullets out of Quinn’s remains. Meanwhile, Liv gets dressed while Rowan watches his coworkers remove fossils from boxes. Jake picks up Liv. They head into the woods to meet the others for Quinn’s funeral.
Liv gives her eulogy. It isn’t much. She calls Quinn’s death awful and that is all. Charlie shoots first before they go down the line one by one, firing as they all silently think of their first encounter with Quinn.
After, Charlie heads home while the others go back to the office and drink, reminiscing. Liv goes to visit Fitz. She doesn’t want to talk or sit. She leans into Fitz and cries. She just wants one night. They undress.
David heads home. In the parking lot, he sees Charlie sitting in his car. He doesn’t want to go home and see all of the baby’s things. Abby and David go to Charlie’s and clean everything up. They find something.
Charlie shows up on Rowan’s doorstep. He is reporting for duty. Rowan tells him to go home and think about what he is really asking. Suddenly, a baby cries. Charlie pushes past Rowan and heads upstairs. Rowan is behind him. He asks him whose baby it is but Rowan isn’t answering. Charlie jumps on him and starts choking him.
