The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Bill (Don Diamont) will shock everyone by calling a surprise witness during the custody hearing. He and Katie (Heather Tom) are embroiled in a bitter custody drama over Will (Finnegan George), and Bill’s been at his wit’s end trying to figure out his strategy. Things haven’t been looking good for his side of the case, and he needs an ace in the hole.
There’s been a lot of speculation about who Bill’s surprise witness will be, and just what that witness will offer to the judge that will help Bill’s case. Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) is one option, but B&B spoilers say will testify for Bill, so she wouldn’t be much of a surprise. Other main contenders are Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Taylor (Hunter Tylo). But there’s one other option that could be viable. It could be Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis)!
Donna’s scheduled to be back on canvas for Katie and Thorne’s (Ingo Rademacher) wedding, which will happen right before the custody hearing kicks off. Perhaps Bill will subpoena Donna as a witness for his side. It would make sense for a couple of reasons.
First off, Bill can’t stand Thorne and cringes at the thought of Thorne being a stepdad to Will. Bill may decide to attack Thorne’s character and bring up some of the not-so-nice things that Thorne has done in the past. Bill would probably like nothing more than to have Katie lose her case because of Thorne. Donna, as Thorne’s ex-wife, would be able to speak to Thorne’s prior misdeeds and failures as a husband.
Second, Donna is now back on B&B as a contract regular. She’ll need a big splashy storyline to make her big entrance, and what better way than showing up as a surprise witness to testify on behalf of Bill and against her own sister. If Donna testifies, then that means that both Brooke and Donna would each testify against their own sister. Ouch.
Of course, that would mean that Donna would attend Katie and Thorne’s wedding, taking part in all the niceties, and then very shortly thereafter stab them in the back by testifying against Katie. Now that would be a surprise!
